Slang from around the Alliance

One of the things about being in an Alliance with people from all over the World,is the difference in languages.What might be obvious to someone from the U.K might not be so obvious to someone from say....new zealand.
If anyone has any local slang they'd like to share with us all,just put it in this thread guys.
I'll start it off with a few jewels from my native London.(yeah,i know i'm in Kent,but i lived in London till i was in my twenties.)
Get out your phrase books and try these on for size guys..........

Prannet ...... an idiot.
Barnet .... hair.
Pegs/pearlies .....teeth.
Gordon Bennett ..... exclamation of surprise or fraustration.
Jack Jones ..... on my own.(as in "all on my Jack")
Rosie Lea ..... tea.(obviously.....lol)
Tea Leaf ...... thief/robber.
Clock ..... watch what someone is doing.(example...."i was clocking this woman the other day.")
Innit .... is'nt it?
fag/ciggie .....cigarette.
On my Todd .... alone.
Divvy .... moron.( another use of divvy,means to split up......example,"divvy up the money").
Old Bill/Rozzers ...... the Police.
Nosh .... food.
Phil The Greek ..... Prince Philip.(sorry Phil.)

Just a few to get you started,if you have any local slang,get it on here guys.At least we all know what we're saying to each other then....lol.

havin a girraffe= having a laugh or you must be kidding
porkie pies= telling lies
diomand gezer= good bloke
and some of my pet hates for what woman are called, bit of fluff, skirt, bird,
dosh= money
bins=glasses like the wearing ones
loopy= crazy person
dippy= stupid person
dip stick= same as dippy
plonker= same as above
rabbit=talks to much
cake hole=mouth
cat flap gob=mouth
off his/her face=drunk
wasted=drunk

Old Man ....Father.
Whistle ..... suit.
Spanner ..... fool.
Gonk ....... A REAL fool.
Gaff .... has a double meaning.Can be either a mistake or a place where you live.
Beamer ..... BMW (car).
Dosh/spondoolicks .... money.
Squidly ...... a pound (money).
Frog (and toad)...... a road.
Boozer/Rub a dub ...... public house.
Mutton..... a woman who tries to look younger than she is.
Mutt and Jeff ........ Deaf.
On the Razz ..... out on the Town.
(expression)"You don't want all that" ........... used when contemplating asking out someone who's better looking than you.(As in " you don't stand a chance".
Jawmedead ... someone who won't shut up.

Yep.It sure does hun.Slang applies to every language,and it's nice to learn some of everyone's verbal mysteries.

Minted ........ rich/well off.
Minty ..... smelly.
Donald (Ducked) ..... Tired.(be careful where you use this one.Donald ducked is rhyming slang fo f**ked.ok?)
